Neurotoxin Injections
Neurotoxin injections can also be given sometimes to achieve the lip lowering effect. But the results are not permanent, and neurotoxins need to be repeated every 6 months.
Orthognathic Surgery or Jaw Surgery

And it is important to get your issue addressed and discussed with your plastic surgeon, who can actually assess you according to your need. Maxillary impaction may be required in some cases, or a combination of bi-jaw surgery may be required in some.
